Tank Fabrication
We design and manufacture tanks and process elements tailored to a specific installation and medium. We pay particular attention to tightness, quality of connections and access to fittings and components. We implement both new devices and solutions intended for the modernization of existing systems.
Examples: water hardness mixer, amine fluoride process tank and polished stainless steel tank.
Food Industry
In the food industry, structures and installations must combine durability with ease of cleaning. We make tanks, platforms and production line elements adapted to limited space and process organization. We also ensure convenient access to operation, inspection and service work.
Examples: valve island, craft malt smokehouse, upper tank plate and washing system distributor.
Chemical Industry
Chemical industry installations operate in a demanding environment and often in a small space among existing equipment. We make structures, tanks and installation elements from materials selected for the operating conditions. We adapt each solution to the process flow and the possibility of safe installation and subsequent operation.
Examples: phosphoric acid dispenser, service stairs and electrolyte filtration system.
Rail Industry
Rail-industry components require precision fabrication, repeatability, and strict compliance with technical documentation. We manufacture welded structures, tooling, and fixtures tailored to specific vehicles and production processes, accounting for loads during operation, transport, and handling.
Examples: stations for straightening and tacking stringers, a trolley for stringers and a station for magnetic-particle testing (MT).
Construction Industry
In the construction industry, we face unusual dimensions, difficult installation conditions and the need to adapt the structure to the existing facility. We make stairs, balustrades, platforms and supporting and auxiliary structures. We design solutions with safe use, durability and efficient installation on site in mind.
Examples: stainless steel chutes, service platform, recuperation channels and reinforcement of the device in the malt house.
Industrial Installation
We build and retrofit process installations in operating industrial plants. Work is planned around existing infrastructure, confined spaces, and the need to minimize downtime. We combine shop fabrication, on-site installation, and auxiliary steelwork so the complete system fits real operating conditions.
Examples: mobile power stations, prefabrication and installation of pipelines and installation of filters.
